Stuck in the cracks – help needed

My family was insured thru blue cross blue shield Texas. Wife and I divorced. Wife and kids have a new plan, but I am still paying for all of us on the old plan also. BCBS says they can’t do anything to make changes as the plan was created thru the marketplace. Marketplace has no record of this and says BCBS should be able to resolve. It was an auto-enroll that I never signed up for. I’ve had them both on a conference call, it went as you would expect. Case was escalated, then flagged as resolved, no one ever contacted me and it definitely was not resolved. Marketplace has escalated the case again, but in the meantime, is there anyone here who has some insight?
