Is there a way for me to submit a claim to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois?
I did some PT sessions and I would like to try to submit a claim by myself, unfortunately, the practice does not accept insurance.
I searched online and on my account, but did not find any instruction on how to do that by myself. There are only guides for medical providers.
