During graduate school, I went to the student clinic using the insurance covered by my program which had a set copay for each visit. A few months ago I graduated and started a new position with new insurance and now I’m suddenly being billed for months of those appointments which is ALOT. I’ve already reached out to the financial department asking why I’m being back charged for appointments that should have already been covered by my insurance which I was told that those charges were under a student hold.
Any idea how to address this?
