I had an income change and will need to switch from Medi-Cal to a Covered California plan. When I call to report the change, do they ask how much/when my income changed? Will they ask for documents? Just wondering if I need to prepare anything. Also I can switch to Covered CA from Medi-Cal even when it’s outside the enrollment period, correct?
