I can’t find anything online and get conflicting answers when I call Cigna’s helpline so I’m hoping someone here has had a similar experience and can help!
If you switch from one insurance to another (Bright Health to Cigna, located in CO) during open enrollment, does the new insurance coverage kick in January 1st or in November?
