I accepted a job that starts March 7 in Illinois. I’ll be leaving my current job in KY on the 15th.
Instead of a 2 week gap, I just found out New job won’t start insurance until after 60 days + it must start on first of the month so I won’t be covered until June. If I move up my start date to the 28th of Feb I can get it May 1. But I won’t have a place to move into until the 1st March(house closing is the 28th). This would make starting that day very tough.
I just found out I was pregnant 9 days ago, estimate is 4 ish weeks along. I can’t wait for natal care until month 5 or 6. So how do I get coverage during the gap in the middle of a move to a new state?
