My son was born with a congenital defect and was in the NICU for 10 days. Bill came out to $35,000 and it still isn’t paid because the hospital didn’t provide an itemized bill.
My question is: what happens if I switch jobs and the new provider isn’t the same? Am I left to foot the bill?
