I hope I used the correct flair. My situation is employer insurance, but not cobra.
Recently we discovered that there was an issue with our health insurance. Although the employer has continuously been deducting money from each paycheck, they have not paid the insurance company any premiums since October. $1400 each month! For four months now!
I think this is extremely unethical. And such a slap in the face to their employees. I want to pursue whatever recourse possible to let them know they cannot get away with this.
What are my options?
