This doctor is SUPER sketchy – she never updated her directory which resulted in me seeing “someone out of network” and I have to pay a bill which shouldn’t exist. Fast forward through multiple calls to insurance…etc. I have come to the conclusion that I will just have to pay the stupid bill. I read a TON of reviews about this doctor scamming patients and charging multiple times even after the bill has been paid. Therefore I am requesting a paper copy of the bill so I have record of the itemized line items and then will pay (she will only take payment through the phone, no online system). However, she’s refusing to send me a copy of the bill…what can I do? She is the ABSOLUTE WORST WTF.
I need a way to get a bill and receipt …I don’t ever want to deal with this SOB again.
