Therapist charged my card without my consent

So, I have Cigna health insurance. They started mailing me checks for $64 randomly last week. Like 6-7 at once. I called them and essentially what happened is they sent me the checks that they were supposed to send my therapist. I brought this up to my therapist and asked if she has been getting paid, she said that she got a couple payments so far. So today Cigna said that they have corrected the problem, sent the issue to the billing department, and the billing department will be paying my therapist her payments soon. My therapist calls me saying that I need to give her the checks. But the checks are made out to me, and Cigna told me they are going to send me a bill to pay it back.

My therapist starts going crazy saying that I’m causing a nightmare for her by not paying her and she is just going to charge my card on file (for her no show policy) for all of my appointments because I have “her” money. I told her that she does not have my consent to run my card and she needs to wait for the payments coming from Cigna, this is an issue between her and Cigna. She went ahead and charged my card anyway. The total charge was about $380. My question is what should I do now? Does she have a right to charge my card when I asked her not to? My concern is that now Cigna is going to bill me for the $380, also send her the checks they told me they were sending and she will get paid double. Needless to say I won’t be going back to the therapist but wtf? Where do I go from here?
