Oscar is a new entrant in my state, Illinois. They have both narrow and wide network plans. I’m inclined against Oscar but only because Jared Kushner’s brother-in-law is a founder of the company. Any recommendations pro or con? I’m late 50s, female, and will qualify for a subsidy. Moderate use of doctors.
