My girlfriends currently on oxygen and has healthcare that covers basically all her hospital and medical bills and we want to get her moved to Texas asap but she needs a home oxygen concentrator so she can breathe but how would she go applying for it before moving down here so nothing bad happens to her please and thank you in advance
