[TX] Self employed/low income, worried about paying back at end of year.

Texas, 28 years old, no health issues

I have no idea what’s happening other than enrollment ends tomorrow and biden did some kind of enhanced subsidies?

I had Molina like two years ago, the coverage was 100% worthless, $70ish/month and at the end of the year I had to pay money.

I’m self employed (made less than 30k due to covid effecting business last year). I already have to be extremely worried about paying taxes (I don’t pay taxes till one lump sum end of year). Molina ended up costing me a decent amount on top of my taxes. Can’t afford that again.

I rather go with no insurance then that Molina crap again. Are the options now way better or keep yolo’ing?
