Understanding PPO

New to the US, and my employer offers a PPO with Anthem when I transfer.

The benefits booklet has a table “outpatient therapy – institutional/professional”. It says: Physical therapy,: no annual maximum. In network: 10% after deductible, out of network 30% after deductible.

Do I understand this right that if I go to a physiotherapist for an injury, I will only have to pay 10% of the cost, and that only after having paid the deductible, and nothing once I reach the anual max out of pocket?

I’m asking because I’m the king of shoulder impingement, shoulder dislocation, tennis elbow, knee pain, wrist pain. Hell, I’m kind of amazing I even manage to standup some times lol. So this is is kinda important.

Thanks!
