Unemployed for 2021 and mother payed monthly for ACA plan, received 1095-a and not sure what to do

Greetings. Long story short I’ve been literally disabled with severe ptsd since 2017, was denied disability ssdi.

So in 2021 it was my mother who signed me up for an ACA plan designating me as “zero” income. She basically paid 300 a month it with her card each month. (Even as zero income that was the presented bronze plan)

There’s emails about a 1095a I have. Not sure what to do with it. If literally no income was made by me in 2021 what do I do with this form? What occurs if I don’t file at all and just leave it be? Am I going to randomly owe to them if I don’t fill it out?

Also in November 2021 I got married and that same month I canceled the plan. Somehow it rolled over December and actually canceled after New Years Day.

So given this collage of info I don’t know what to do. I would rather just do nothing even if I don’t get a check from them.

Again my mother paid the amount of ACA monthly from her card. Are they gonna be like “how did you pay that with zero income”. Would they interpret my mothers monthly payments as counting as “my payments” somehow?

Here in this state there is no medicaid for adults without children, so this was arrangement with my mother w was only way to have insurance.

What actually is the best course of action or inaction here? (need to know by april 18)
