United not covering lipoma surgery.

I’m 23M, trying to figure out the world of insurance. Had a lipoma removal surgery in April. United and the dermatologist had a contract in place so I got a “plan discount” that cut the price almost in half essentially but still leaves a hefty amount left over. Past that, however, they aren’t covering anything and putting it towards my deductible. When looking at my benefits there’s a description of “Physician’s Office Services” and underneath that is “Outpatient surgery procedures described under Surgery-Outpatient” (I fall under this). In the same section there’s also something that says “Copayment/coinsurance and any deductible for the following services also apply when the Covered Health Care Service is performed in a Physician’s office”. But the table they have also says the deductible does not apply. So, just trying to figure out if I have a case to get them to cover more or if I’m s.o.l.
