I’ve been on Medicaid for the last two years as a student over 26 who was making under the required income to qualify. Now I have graduated and taken a job that doesn’t pay very well but it puts me over the limit. I have already gone through the reauthorization process with AHCCCS (Arizona’s Medicaid) before I got this job so it’s still active.
I’m trying to figure out if I will get in trouble for using it after I no longer qualify even though it’s still active? I know it’s probably a morally wrong thing to do but is it illegal?
