Using my HSA and Limited-use FSA

I need to pay for orthodontic braces that cost $4,000. Can I pay for it in this way? I have an HSA, not through my employer but with Fidelity. Can I withdrawal $4K from my HSA to pay for it up front. Then submit the Bill for reimbursement and get the full the $2,750 out of my limited-use FSA. Once I’m reimbursed for the $2,750. I will make a contribution of $2,750 back into my HSA. I haven’t contributed to my HSA this year yet. I know the maximum contribution limits for 2021.
