So right now I’m on Cal Optima free insurance in California cause I lost my job in February. I want higher quality health care from Anthem providers so I went through the website and it said I need a qualifying event within 60 days or can’t apply till November. Did I do something wrong? Can I really not pay a company for better health care whenever I want? I don’t get our system at all.
