Was hospitalized for 4 days and I was 100% within my policy statement. I played it by the books and everything checked out. They called twice to let me know the bill was covered but today I got a letter saying it was denied due to “not contracted service”, and it also only lists one day as “not covered” why would one day be non contract but the other 3 would?
It says it isnt a bill but should I expect one? Again, I was 100% within my policy coverage.
