What are my options? (Florida)

Sorry for the mobile formatting. I’m not entirely sure what to do. I’m 20, living on my own & have been for almost 3 years. I have health insurance through Florida blue. For 2020, my monthly premium was $55. For 2021, it went all the way up to $478. Apparently, because I only make ~$12,000/year, I don’t qualify for financial assistance? Does that make sense? Because I don’t make enough, I don’t get any subsidies? Sorry if I’m not using correct terms or if this is confusing & you need clarification. I’m not sure what to do anymore. I have health problems & I can’t afford to pay almost $500 a month.
