What do I do with health insurance?

Hi! I 19(f) grew up without health insurance after age 6. I would only ever go to a clinic when I was very sick, I was aggressively behind on the shots I needed to start college, and I lived with the same prescription of glasses for 5 years without going back for check ups. Recently, I got coverage thanks to my university policy. It’s pretty good coverage that includes check ups, wellness, and preventative care. The only thing is I’m not really sure what to do with it. For example, I had no idea you’re supposed to go to a gynecologist once you’ve had a period. Are there certain kinds of doctors/ appointments I should be trying to schedule? Are there tests I should be requesting?
