What does “$250 copay per admission” mean? Looking at PPO plan

I’m looking at the health insurance options through my employer. For one of the PPO options, it says that for ‘inpatient hospital services’ and for ‘mental health services’, it is a “$250 copay per admission, then the plan pays 90% after deductible”

Does that simply mean that I would have to pay a $250 one-time fee out of pocket the first time I am seeing a provider for these specific services? Or does the $250 admission mean something else and I’m interpreting it wrong?

For example, if I find an in-network mental health therapist to start seeing, would I just have to pay $250 once out of pocket because that’s the “for admission”, and then going forward I would just pay 10% out of pocket per each therapy session (assuming I’ve met my deductible)
