What percentage of a premium is reasonable for employer to pay when it’s a small business that does not offer health insurance?

I have recently interviewed for a position at a law firm in Tennessee. Her office is small, with one attorney, one clerk, one receptionist, and a part-time paralegal who works remote. I interviewed for a full-time paralegal position.

She is unable to offer health insurance.

However, she stated I could look at what’s available on the marketplace, and she would contribute a percentage to the premium.

What would be the norm here? What’s a good percentage to ask her to pay? I want to be reasonable, but I don’t want to be taken for ride either. If I leave my current position, I’d be giving up some pretty decent, fully paid for insurance. The plans I’m looking at right now that will meet my needs are between $150-$170. I’m a 32 year old woman with minimal health needs, but still need some specific care. Depending on how much she is willing to pay, I would go higher.

Thanks!

Edit to include my yearly income will be about $40k before taxes.
