I am an international student. My health insurance does not include dental coverage so I am thinking of getting a dental insurance.
I have had all my wisdom teeth removed, so my need are routine cleaning, exam and fillings (currently in need for one teeth and probably more fillings on some other teeth, as they are nor worth filling “just yet” according to dentist in my home country)
I did some research and people are saying better avoid HMO plans and choose PPO plans instead.
my questions are:
how much does these procedures usually cost w/o insurance? what kind of plan should I be getting?
