What’s the best route for minor medical issues (Rx changes, suspicion of infections, etc)?

I am learning the hard way how deductibles work. For minor issues, like wanting to have a prescription changed or refilled, or getting a small cut looked at, what’s the best route? I can’t go on spending my hard earned money paying 300 per office visit for these 5 minute conversations!

I have an established relationship with a PCP and OBGYN already. Should I just call them on the phone for minor stuff? Or should I consider minuteclinics?
