When I was in network and had insurance the doctors office billed insurance for office visit 175$ and telemedicine $150 which brought total to 325 and my co pay was 60. When I switched jobs and didn’t have insurance I paid out of pocket and got charged 150 only for telemedicine. Is this fraud ?

When I was in network they billed it as office visit 175 and telemedicine 150. But when I didn’t have insurance they only billed it as telemedicine for 150 and that was my out of pocket expense. How does this make sense ?
