Which month after your 65th birthday does the Premium Tax Credit go away?

Healthcare.gov says that you are ineligible for the Premium Tax subsidy when you become “eligible” for Medicare. However, once you become eligible you have 3 months following the month of your birthday to enroll (and 3 months prior). If you begin receiving Medicare benefits beginning the 3rd month after you’re eligible, are you responsible for repaying the Premium Tax Subsidy when you file your taxes for the months you were “eligible” for Medicare, but were in the enrollment period for Medicare?
