My husband and I got married back in October. I added him to my insurance in December. Before we were married, he was covered under his parents insurance plan NCBCBS. He missed the window to drop from their insurance since they only have 30 days to do so. I have insurance through my state insurance. NJ SHBP Direct. He is turning 26 in July and will be dropped after that, but in the meantime, when I submit the coordination of benefits, will I be able to choose my insurance to be his primary insurance?
