I got blood work done in January. My insurance covered a portion of the bill and sent me a letter saying “THIS IS NOT A BILL”. In that, they explained what percentage is cover by insurance. And they said the lab may send me a bill for the remaining balance. I still didn’t receive the bill.
Same thing is happening for the emergency room visit I had 5 weeks ago. Insurance paid a portion, still waiting for the remaining bill from hospital.
