So my wife is medically indicated/qualified for a breast reduction (they’re horrible on her back) and the last question that insurance is asking before they okay it is if her cup size has changed in the last 6 months.
We know that they’re just looking for some reason to deny her coverage and want to answer correctly (gotta love when health insurance feels like a horrible game show). Anybody have insight into what answers would make them inclined to deny or accept the claim?
