My husband pays out of pocket to see a special doctor for his Lyme disease. We will potentially be transitioning from our current PPO insurance to Medi-cal temporarily(job lay off). Will Medi-cal cover his prescriptions written by this doctor? The doctor will not be in the medi-cal network.
