Will my Rx be covered if the drug is in network but the doctor isn’t?

I just switched my plan on the marketplace, and the new plan covers a drug that wasn’t covered under my old plan. It was prescribed by a specialist who isn’t in-network on the new plan. She will refill the Rx without seeing me if I email a request. Would the insurance company deny coverage of the drug because she’s not in-network? They don’t cover specialists before the deductible, so it would probably be cheaper for me to just pay full price for the drug than to see an in-network specialist to get it covered…
