Is this considered a non disclosure?
In applying for health insurance, I disclosed I have a history of anxiety and take Lexpro for it for the past three years or so, well controlled, no other problems. They asked if I had ever seen a psychiatrist or counselor and I said no, but forgot that I did try seeing one three years ago but didn’t like it and stopped. Completely slipped my mind… will this be considered a non disclosure if I’m approved?
