Chiropractor charge

Hello, I recently scheduled an appointment and saw a chiropractor. My insurance has a 30 dollar copay for chiropractic and massage therapy. This doctor was in network according to my insurance. It also says on his website he accepts my insurance. When I went for my first visit, he charged me 250 dollars and said “he doesn’t do insurance” and it’s cash only. I didn’t know what to do other than pay because I felt intimidated. He sent me a “receipt” which was just a text that said you paid so and so 250 dollars. I never signed anything, never got a statement of services. I’m so upset that it cost this much for 15 minutes of his time. He keeps denying that he accepts insurance when it is visible on his website. What can I do?
