Hi, not sure if this is the right place for this question, but my IVF clinic expressed hesitation, and potential rejection, over assisting me appeal a pre-authorization denial. I have two questions: can a dr.’s office make a decision to not do that step and do I have any recourse on my own without the dr.’s office?
