Hi,
I was offered a PPO plan with
Deductible: $5,000
Max OOP: $6,900
As far I know this seems to be within the HDHP bracket. But the plan is not listed as HDHP and my accountant claims in order for me to be able to utilize an HSA the plan has to be listed as HDHP/HSA.
How can I figure out this mess?
