I semi applied to medi-cal since it’s the cheapest and I’m broke/unemployed right now and I’m also a university student. I used to be on my parents blue shield plan but goddess those plans for covered ca are way too expensive for me to pay on my own. I’m just like confused on how this “works” There’s like no one to explain this to me, I feel alone in this. Thank you to whomever.
