I’m under an Anthem health care plan (with an FSA, in state of Virginia). My question is, if I want to go see a therapist, how should I go about doing that? Who do I contact? Do I pick any random therapist in the area and just give them my insurance card? And how do I know how much I expect to pay out of pocket?
