Is this considered insurance fraud/help?

So I recently had a baby and I thought it would be a great idea to take him to my pediatrician I had growing up since they had done such a good job with me or so I thought. I took him to get checked out 2 days after getting discharged from the hospital and he didn’t have insurance so we paid $130 out of pocket for the visit. Fast forward a couple of months I get an EOB in the mail under my name (my baby is under their dads insurance, my insurance is totally separate from them) and I see that I get charged for a bunch of tests including preventative visit, ent check, immunizations, lab urology etc. but when I check the date of the visit I see it was when I brought my son in and the doctor didn’t perform any of the tests stated on the EOB. My husband checked his insurance and saw he was charged for the same things only under his insurance it properly stated it was for my child. So I call the insurance company and told them that those charges were false and I don’t know why it was billed under my insurance and they conferenced in the doctor and chaos ensues with the doctor saying that I’m a liar that I never paid $130 for the first visit and the exams billed for were for the time I didn’t pay which I did but this office does everything cash only and they don’t give receipts just my luck. They went on about how I’m probably going through some postpartum breakdown because apparently I’ve had a history of breakdowns (I haven’t, I had my depression and anxiety just like anyone growing up and going through puberty) and then proceeded to say that they know what psychologist I was going to and that I haven’t been there for a while (got better never had to take medication). Mind you, this is all during the recorded call with the insurance representative listening to this shit show of a conversation. This doctor has tried getting my husband involved, calling him after trying to make it seem like I’m going crazy and not only that, but this doctor has reached out to my former psychologist to try to get them to speak to my mother to try and get through to me and quite honestly I’m feeling uncomfortable and sort of threatened.

I honestly just want to know if I made the right choice in calling the insurance company, if there are more steps I should take and is this right?? Like I’m honestly terrified this doctor is going to make me look unstable and get my child taken away from me.

If this isn’t the right sub for this please let me know!
