I was confused about the wording on this part.
“If you need mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse services
Outpatient services
$30.00 Copayment for Outpatient Hospital.”
What exactly is covered under that? The word hospital being there throws me off.
Then in another pamphlet for the same plan, it says:
Which confused me even more. Why does one of them say “$30 copayment” and the rest of them say “deductible then copayment”? Don’t you always have to meet your deductible to get the copayment?
