Two jobs with benefits

I have two jobs that both offer benefits. Job 1 I consider my main job that pays more but has worse health insurance. Job 2 is a job that if push came to shove I’d quit to maintain job 1 but has better health insurance. I am subscribed with my whole family to job 1’s health insurance but open enrollment for job 2 is in March. I’m considering cancelling job 1’s health insurance to go to job 2’s. Is gaining coverage at job 2 a qualifying event to cancel my policy with job 1? If something happens with job 2 and I quit or am fired for whatever reason can I then go back to job 1 and Re-enroll with a qualifying event based on losing coverage at job 2?
