Hello, I am a 22F college senior and expects to graduate next June. Currently, I have school insurance till the end of September 2021. My parents are out of the country so I am not going to be enrolled in their plans. I plan to work part time after graduation but my employer does not provide health benefits. My income is estimated to be above the CA 138% poverty line income (~20k) and I was wondering what are my best options after graduation..
is it possible for me to ask my employer for health benefits?
thank you!
