ADD without Insurance any advice?

Ill try and layout a timeline so its easy to understand. Apprecaite any help
I was working and had top-tier insurance and was seeing a psychiatrist for ADD.
I was only seeing him once a month as I took the meds as needed so it lasts me 2 months
Well I quit my job so I don’t have that insurance anymore.
Im still under my parents health insurance for basically just emergency things (non-physiatrist)
Im kind of embarrassed to email them but do you think I should just find another psychiatrist and pay out of pocket for the session and the drug or is there another cheaper option?

The cheapest insurance for me is about 200$ a month and the drug (concerta, 27mg) is 30$
I googled it and a session is about 100-200$ in utah, but I figured id reach out for help on here first.

Thanks ahead of time to anyone that replies, really appreciate it.

EDIT: I know I should look into Medicaid but they denied me and I haven’t had a chance to look into how to appeal it :/
