Am in Az have a couple of questions about AHCCCS/Health Choice. I am currently a long time member having issues.

Recently my Health Choice has been running as ‘Unknown’ at drs offices for approved things. I have been on AHCCCS for around a decade and a half. They’ve never had issues with covering anything. I have an advanced chronic illness along with a couple other chronic issues and am currently fighting for disability. 0 personal income. Got married at end of the year. Wife also qualifies for AHCCCS. Has lifelong qualifying condition but is able to work. Has AHCCCS. Had prior to the marriage. She is our only income. I just picked up prescriptions yesterday and had a drs office call me today and tell me that when they tried to run my through the system it said I was ‘Unknown’ and then ‘Inactive’. I haven’t gotten anything from health choice saying that anything was wrong and when this happened the last time and I spoke to them on the phone they told me they had no idea why it would have happened. Does anyone know why this would happen?
