Would injuries associated with a Covid vaccine/EUA drug be covered by insurance?

I want to preface all of this as I am not anti-vaxx by any degree, I have all of my other vaccinations up to date. That said, there seems to be a real grey area when it comes to coverage for complications arising from anything that is under a emergency use authorization, so I am coming here seeking guidance as to what, if any, exposure I would have to paying for treatment out of pocket should any complications arise from the vaccine. I did put a call into my BCBS rep today inquiring about that question, and shockingly, I was not given an answer. They asked their supervisor and some other folks in the office, and there didn’t seem to be a conclusive answer as to whether or not they would cover any issues arising from a EUA vaccine.

I did a bit of digging myself and usually vaccine injuries are covered under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. However, the 2005 PREP Act made it such that claims arising from EUA vaccines are shifted to the Countermeasure Injury Compensation Program (https://www.law.uh.edu/healthlaw/perspectives/2009/(CC)%20PREP.pdf) The real question becomes: do insurance companies have any different liabilities or covenants regarding an EUA vaccine and any injuries resulting therein?

While I ultimately will end up getting the vaccine, I just wanted to see if anybody here had any ideas as to where that stands in the context of coverage.
