Aetna D-SNP & Therapist Search

I have Aetna Medicare D-SNP (Medicare & Full QMB), as a disabled non-senior. As I understand it, being a QMB, my deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments are $0. Medicaid picks up the 20% that Medicare does not. I am still not 100% sure how Aetna coordinates this benefit though, so that’s why I am posting.

Been searching for a therapist and there are slim pickings in the Aetna portal. I found someone elsewhere who takes the Aetna Medicare, but when they ran my insurance ID # through the system they came up with a 20% coinsurance I am responsible for, and couldn’t confirm a $0 copay. So I called Aetna. Aetna said I should only be searching for therapists who take BOTH Aetna Medicare and Medicaid. In which case, the pickings are reallly slim. Does this sound right?
