So I have an FSA (Flexible Spending Account) at my current job. My Annual elections for it are $1200. I have submitted claims and been paid claims for about $575. I have only contributed $370 to the FSA, as the money comes out of my paycheck each week. If I leave my job, will I owe that difference? I’m assuming the answer is yes, I can’t imagine they’d just basically accept that loss.
Just looking for confirmation on this, and any other information. I’m in a pickle on whether it’s a smart move to leave my current job right now and just trying to weigh out all of the factors.
