I was in an auto accident last year. My car insurance company is going to pay for my medical bills. But! They say they need an SPD of Summary Plan Document/Description. I’ve called my insurance company AND the marketplace multiple times, and no customer service rep ever knows what it is.
Anyway, I need it or I owe thousands of dollars. I’m kinda freaking out because I don’t know who else to ask if all the insurance people can’t find it.
