My COBRA health insurance is through a company called bswift. It physically pains me to pay their $20 processing fee for each monthly health insurance payment. They have an option to mail a check to their PO Box in Omaha, but I want to ensure that the check is properly labeled. I can probably just make the check out to bswift — but wanted to ask here if anyone had experience with this company/knows any different. They don’t respond to emails, and I’ve wasted a few hours of my life on hold with their customer service line already. TIA!
